    Concrete & Asphalt

    Breaking The Tough Stuff.
    Building Value.

Old foundations, thick concrete slabs, and worn-out asphalt parking lots are no match for our heavy-duty breaking equipment. We efficiently fracture, remove, and haul away the hardest materials on your site.

Better yet, we don't just dump it. We crush and recycle concrete and asphalt on-site whenever possible, turning old rubble into reusable base material. It lowers your disposal costs and is better for the Arizona environment.

    Eco-Friendly

Recycling up to 85% of materials.

    Cost Saving

    Reduced hauling and dump fees.

    Final Grading

    A Clean Slate.
    Perfectly Graded.

The best demolition is one that leaves the site better than we found it. Once the structure is gone and the debris is hauled away, our grading crews take over. We sculpt the earth to ensure proper drainage, compaction, and elevation.

We deliver a pad-perfect site that is 100% ready for your concrete pour or new construction. No bumps, no dips, no surprises—just a flawless foundation ready for your builders to break ground.

    Questions

    Before You Ask.

    How much does demolition cost?

Every project is different, but most residential demolitions land between $4–$15 per square foot depending on access, materials, hazardous substances, and disposal. Commercial and industrial pricing is project-specific. We provide a free written estimate within 48 hours of site walkthrough.

    Do you handle the permits?

Yes. We pull every demolition permit required by the City of Phoenix or Maricopa County, coordinate utility disconnects with local providers, and handle HOA notifications where applicable. You don't have to lift a finger on the paperwork side.

What about asbestos, lead, and other hazmat?

Our site assessment includes a hazard inventory. If asbestos, lead paint, mold, or other hazardous materials are present, we coordinate with licensed abatement subcontractors for safe removal prior to demolition — fully documented and disposed of per EPA and state regulations.

How long does a typical demolition take?

A single-family home is typically 2–4 days of active demolition plus 1–2 days of clean-up and grading. Commercial buildings range from a few days to several weeks depending on size and complexity. We'll give you a firm timeline before mobilization.
