    A general contractor is your single point of accountability for the entire build. We manage the schedule, budget, permits, subcontractors, materials, safety, and quality control — coordinating every trade and decision so you don’t have to.     Do you handle permits, inspections, and coordination with the city?

    Yes. We pull every permit required, schedule and sit through all inspections, and coordinate directly with the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, HOAs, and utility providers. We keep the paperwork, submittals, and close-out documents organized so your project stays compliant from start to certificate of occupancy.

    How do you keep projects on schedule and on budget?

    Every build runs on a critical-path schedule with clear milestones, and you get a dedicated project manager plus regular progress updates. We work from a network of vetted subcontractors, lock in scopes up front, and manage change orders proactively — flagging impacts to time and budget early, never after the fact.

    Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

    Yes. We are a licensed Arizona contractor, fully insured with workers’ compensation and general liability coverage, and bonding is available for projects that require it. We’re happy to share our license number and certificates of insurance before any contract is signed.
